Coming In May, Google To Start Penalizing Shoddy Websites

By shoddy they mean sites that exhibit poor performance on mobile devices, use annoying pop-up ads, are tough to interact with or are plagued by similar shortcomings.

A lot of you out there are super guilty of the pop-up plague. Don’t we all hate the site that won’t let us scroll down because three video ads are trying to load? Screw that.

You know who you are.
